Axial lung window
Bilateral patchy ground glass opacities are noted in superobasal segments of lower lobes, medial segment of right middle lobe and superior lingual segment of left lower lobe with relative subpleural sparing. Rest of the lung fields are clear.
CT images demonstrate bilateral pulmonary contusions.
