Pulmonary contusion

Ill-defined opacity in the peripheral left lower zone. Left anterolateral 7th rib fracture. 


Large sized pulmonary contusion involving the left lung lingular segment. Comminuted fractures involving the left sixth and seventh ribs with mild adjacent soft tissue injury and subcutaneous emphysema.
