Multiple filling defects are noted in main pulmonary trunk, right and left main pulmonary arteries and their branches. In the branches of right and left pulmonary arteries filling of contrast around the defect is giving rise to Polo Mint sign appearance. Imaging findings are suggestive of acute pulmonary thromboembolism.
