Findings was added:

Multiple filling defects are noted in main pulmonary trunk, right and left main pulmonary arteries and their branches. In the sub-branches of right and left pulmonary arteries filling of contrast around the defect is giving rise to polo mint sign appearance. Imaging findings are suggestive of acute pulmonary thromboembolism.
