After intravenous injection of an iodine-containing contrast agent detection of massive pulmonary thrombotic occlusion of the left and right main pulmonary artery, as well as lobe and segmental arteries. Retrograde opacification of the inferior vena cava and hepatic veins, as a sign of right ventricular systolic dysfunction.
This case illustrates a pulmonary embolism.
