Post op shortness of breath.

Patient Data

Age: 60 years
Gender: Male
ct

There is a saddle pulmonary embolus traversing the left and right main pulmonary arteries extending into the right upper and innominate lobar pulmonary arteries and left lower lobar pulmonary arteries. Left upper lobe posterior segmental pulmonary embolus.

There is left lower lobe collapse and right basal atelectasis with no evidence of infarction. The major airways are patent. The pleural and pericardial spaces are clear.
