Road accident.

Patient Data

Age: 17 years
Gender: Female

Chest

ct

Thin filling defect with fat density located in a segmental right pulmonary artery in the bifurcation between the apical segment and the posterior segment of the right upper lobe. No signs of right ventricular overload.

CT chest - control after 24 h

ct

Bilateral extensive parenchymal consolidation with interstitial edema.
