ESRD. Hemoptysis.

Age: 60 years
Gender: Female

Bilateral interstitial markings mainly at the peri-hilar regions.

Bilateral peri-hilar interstitial thickening with a background of ground glass opacification.

Case Discussion

This case shows the so called crazy paving pattern, which is rather a non-specific finding. However, adding a history of acute hemoptysis, pulmonary hemorrhage is the most likely diagnosis.
