Pulmonary hamartoma

Approximately 2 cm well-circumscribed density is seen in the medial aspect of right lower zone, partially overlying right diaphragm ( see annotated image below).
No other abnormality seen.

Solid lesion in the right lower lobe corresponding to the findings from the chest radiograph.
The patient underwent CT guided biopsy. The lesion was histologically proven hamartoma.

CT features are typical for Pulmonary hamartoma.
