Coronal localiser

Included here is the localizer and the coronal T2 image from magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography (MRCP). These show a left lower lobe mass.
Normal caliber common bile duct, with no intraductal stone.
Frontal

Well defined smooth outlined 2 cm mass abutting the chest wall in the left lower zone.
Case Discussion
Static appearances of plain radiographs of the chest dating back several years were identified on PACS.
A prior biopsy had confirmed the mass as a pulmonary hamartoma.
