Case Discussion
Pulmonary hamartoma is one of the commonest benign tumors of the lung and accounts for approximately 8% of all lung neoplasms and 6% of solitary pulmonary nodules. Coarse calcification in "popcorn" configuration is a classic feature of pulmonary hamartoma.
