Unfortunately, lateral chest X-ray was not obtained.

A well-defined intraparenchymal spherical soft tissue mass with internal popcorn-like calcifications and fat density tissue.
Case Discussion
A lung nodule with benign features containing popcorn like calcifications and fat density material is virtually diagnostic of a pulmonary hamartoma.
