Pulmonary hilar masses

Presentation

Palpable mass at the left mandible angle, dyspnoea.

Patient Data

Age: 62 y
Gender: Male

Chest x-ray

Modality: X-ray

Lobulated enlagrment of the left pulmonary hila, round pulmonary node (arrows). 

Neck ultrasound

Modality: Ultrasound

bilateral adenopathy ,compressing the rigth and left jugular veins.

Mass in the left sub mandible salivary gland. 

Case Discussion

Although the diagnosis has not yet been established the constellation of nodal enlargement and a hilar mass is worrisome, and the patient awaits further imaging with brain, neck and chest CT with contrast.
