Chest pain,cough and breath shortness.

Patient Data

Age: 15 years
Gender: Female

A 133×93×96mm thick walled cavitary lesion with internal large cystic component is present at right lower lobe, causing adjacent parenchymal collapse. 

Case Discussion

The lesion was surgically excised and complicated pulmonary hydatid cyst was confirmed with histopathological evaluation.
