Progressive shortness of breath.

Age: 40 years
Gender: Female

Enlarged cardiac silhouette and pulmonary trunk. Prominent proximal pulmonary arteries arteries and pruning of peripheral pulmonary vessels.

Case Discussion

The patient presented with progressive shortness of breath. Echocardiography was performed to confirm the diagnosis of pulmonary hypertension.
