Presentation

Worsening SOB. Known congenital heart disease.

Patient Data

Age: 30 years
Gender: Female

Enlarged pulmonary arteries and plethora. Cardiomegaly. Prominent left-sided aortic arch. There are also features of pulmonary edema.

Case Discussion

This patient had a history of mild truncus arteriosus and associated ventricular septal defect.
