Pulmonary metastases (colon cancer)

Patient presented with vomiting. She was diagnosed with invasive right colon adenocarcinoma and pulmonary metastases a year ago and underwent a right hemicolectomy.

Diffuse infiltration of the lung parenchyma with metastases from colon adenocarcinoma.

Case Discussion

60yo patient with invasive right colon adenocarcinoma and pulmonary metastases. She was admitted because of the progression of her disease.
