Presentation

Follow-up after treatment for breast cancer two years ago.

Patient Data

Age: 67
Gender: Female

CT Chest

Modality: CT

Multiple small pulmonary nodules, characterising on radiographic aspect that even remember the miliary pattern.

Also found axillary and mediastinal lymphadenopathy.

Case Discussion

This diagnosis is presumptive based on the clinical history and previous exams.
