Presentation

Follow-up after treatment for breast cancer two years ago.

Age: 65 years
Gender: Female

CT Chest

Multiple small pulmonary nodules, characterizing on radiographic aspect that even remember the miliary pattern.

Also found axillary and mediastinal lymphadenopathy.
