This is a normal frontal and lateral chest x ray; we can see the left and right nipples as pseudonodules related to each breast.

Case Discussion

In chest X-ray interpretation it is very important to not be confused with this finding; if it is not clear we can place a landmark over the nipple (barium dot or metal paperclip).
