Shortness of breath.

Patient Data

Age: 85 years
Gender: Female

Loculated oval shaped fluid collection in the right minor/oblique fissures. Blunting of the bilateral costophrenic angles consistent with small pleural effusions, greater on right. The cardiac silhouette is enlarged. Left shoulder prosthesis is present.  Right shoulder tendinitis is noted.

Case Discussion

Fluid loculated within the right middle/oblique fissures, representing a pulmonary pseudotumor.
