Presentation

Shortness of breath.

Patient Data

Age: 85 years
Gender: Female
x-ray

Loculated oval shaped fluid collection in the right minor/oblique fissures. Blunting of the bilateral costophrenic angles consistent with small pleural effusions, greater on right. The cardiac silhouette is enlarged. Left shoulder prosthesis is present.  Right shoulder tendinitis is noted.
