Chest x-ray demonstrates prominence of the hila bilaterally, and perhaps minor increase in interstitial markings.

CT of the chest demonstrates hilar and mediastinal bulky lymphadenopathy, with patchy interstitial opacities. 

Case Discussion

This case illustrates typical appearances of pulmonary sarcoidosis, and the diagnosis was subsequently histologically confirmed.
