 A well defined thick walled cavitatory lesion is noted in the right para-hilar area in the midzone of right lung

Case Discussion

Case of pulmonary tuberculosis

A cavitatory lesion indicates an active lesion

Lesion should not be confused with an end-on bronchus as a bronchus would appear smaller in size
