Evidence of an ill-defined patchy consolidation with reticulonodular infiltrations in both lung fields, endobronchial spread with "tree-in-bud" appearance and cavitation, the findings highly in favor of an active pulmonary tuberculosis.
Case Discussion
Cavitary lesions in the apices of lungs, multifocal areas of consolidations with centrilobular nodules giving tree-in-bud appearance, these findings are typical in the endobronchial spread of pulmonary tuberculosis.
