x-ray

The heart is within normal limits in size. There is prominence of the main pulmonary artery extending into the proximal left branch pulmonary artery. The peripheral pulmonary arteries are normal in size. The lungs and pleural spaces are clear.

The prominence of the main pulmonary artery is consistent with mild pulmonary valve stenosis
