The left kidney appears bulky with altered parenchymal enhancement. There is perinephric fat stranding. There is free fluid around the left kidney that tracks down the left retroperitoneal space.
The right kidney shows a focal area of hypo-enhancement in the upper pole with a surrounding mild fat stranding.
No stone is seen in both kidneys, along the course of both ureters or in the urinary bladder.
No hydronephrosis.
