In the first image we can observe the abnormal length of the pylorus (cross caliper), and the abnormal diameter of the muscle (asterisk). In the second image, we observe the thickened muscle, which measures 4.9 mm. In the third image we see the target sign, the pylorus measures 18.6 mm in diameter.
