Complaining of vomiting for last 1 day. Referred with clinical suspicion of pyloric stenosis.

Measurements
- Pyloric muscle thickness - 3.8 mm
- Pyloric length - 21.7 mm
Stomach was distended with hyperperistalsis.
Rest of the abdominal sonography revealed no abnormality.
Case Discussion
2 wks old neonate presented with the history of vomiting for 1 day. The patient was referred with the suspected clinical diagnosis of pyloric stenosis. Ultrasound shows findings of pyloric stenosis. Surgery revealed pyloric stenosis.
