Left sided loculated pleural collection with enhancing thickened pleural rind and a gas-fluid level.
Case Discussion
Pre and post-contrast CT were done. There are two loculated collections consistent with pyopneumothorax in left hemithorax. The left lung volume is reduced. There is thickened enhancing pleura and chest wall edema.
