Inward bowing and thickening of the nasal processes of the maxilla with subsequent narrowing of the pyriform aperture measuring 5 mm (normal is not <11 mm) suggestive of congenital pyriform aperture stenosis.
The nasal cavities look small in size with associated (S) shaped nasal septal deviation exerting additional compromise on the nasal cavities more at the right side.
The posterior choanal openings appear normal.
