Presentation
Headache
Patient Data

Well defined, slightly lobulated and extremely hypodense dense lesion located in the right side of the quadrigeminal cistern. The lesion density measurement is about -85 HU.

Hyperintense lesion on both T1 and T2 weighted sequences that persists on FLAIR.
Case Discussion
The patient had a history of lymphoma and now complaining new onset headache. No neurological deficit noticed during the clinical examination.
The quadrigeminal cistern lipoma is likely to be an incidental finding. It is important to mention that the lesion can be easily overlooked on the CT scan if there is no obvious mass effect and if the CT widowing is inappropriate.
