Gender: Male

A well-defined lesion in the region of the left quadrigeminal cistern eliciting hyperintense signal on T1 and mildly hyperintensity on T2W sequences that shows loss of signal on the coronal T2 fat saturation sequence. .

Case Discussion

Quadrigeminal cistern lipomas may be associated with agenesis of the corpus callosum or hypoplasia of the inferior colliculus.
