Quadrigeminal cistern lipoma

Presenting with progressive headache since many years.

Patient Data

Age: 70 years
Gender: Male

A well defined hypodense fat density lesion is noted at quadrigeminal cistern consistent with lipoma. No solid component or rupture or meningitis. No other complications. 

Case Discussion

A well defined quadrigeminal cistern lipoma was seen, unchanged since previous study 3 years back. The patient was informed regarding his condition. No surgical intervention and follow up were recommended in a multidisciplinary team (MDT).
