Incidental finding on brain CT scan (not shown) done 2 months ago for head trauma.

Patient Data

Age: 1 year
Gender: Male
mri

Small well-defined lesion in the left paramedian region of the quadrigeminal cistern of high signal intensity on both T1, T2 and FLAIR, attenuated on T1 fat sat sequence.
