Small lesion following fat signal intensity, measuring approx. 5.5 x 6.3 mm in the quadrigeminal cistern, abutting inferior aspects of the tectum. Focal protrusion of the right occipital lobe cortex is seen into the right transverse sinus without any associated edema / signal abnormality.
Case Discussion
Findings are consistent with quadrigeminal cistern lipoma with occipital encephalocele. Both are likely incidental findings with insignificant clinical relevance.
