Quadrigeminal plate lipoma

Small high T1 and high T2 signal mass in the quadrigeminal cistern which follows fat on all sequences and demonstrates chemical shift artefact. 

Case Discussion

Intracranial lipomas are uncommon and usually incidental findings.
