Diffuse pain in the back of the right shoulder, muscle weakness on abduction and external rotation.

multilocular perilabral cysts of the glenohumeral joint in the quadrilateral space of the axilla (arrow), leading to compression of the posterior branch of the axillary nerve and consecutive atrophy of the teres minor muscle

MRI showed multilocular perilabral cysts of the glenohumeral joint in the quadrilateral space of the axilla (arrow), leading to compression of the posterior branch of the axillary nerve and consecutive atrophy of the teres minor muscle. Features are consistent with quadrilateral space syndrome
