Disturbed development of unclear etiology. Motor milestones delayed.

Patient Data

Age: 2 years
Gender: Male

Axial plane demonstrating callosal dysgenesis with typical racing car sign. Sagittal plane shows a thick aberrant vein. 

Case Discussion

The patient presented to pediatrics with an unclear developmental disorder. MRI brain then revealed callosal dysgenesis. Callosal dysgenesis is a congenital disorder. Prognosis is extremely variable in symptomatic patients.
