Info

There is a comminuted intraarticular fracture of the radial head. This fracture line extends up to the neck. The fracture line that enters across the medial surface of the neck is seen to cause secondary impaction and mild displacement. The fracture line that enters across the lateral surface of the neck causes no displacement.

There is a fracture of the coronoid tip of the ulna. There is associated extension across the anteromedial facet. No evident involvement across the base of coronoid.

Moderate volume lipohaemoarthrosis noted. No elbow joint dislocation. Periarticular soft tissue thickening is seen.
