Volar dislocation of the radial head. No fracture is identified, in particular none of the distal forearm. No carpal dislocation. Distal ulnar shaft bone island.

Case Discussion

Isolated radial head dislocations in adults are rare, and they mostly occur in children. These should not be missed as long-term consequences of an untreated radial head dislocation include early degenerative joint disease and loss of function.
