Radial head fracture

No definite fracture line is identified, however there is evidence of elevation of the anterior pad of fat (sail sign) in the lateral projection indicating joint effusion, which typically in a non pediatric age is an indication of an intra-articular radial head fracture.

Further assessment with radial-head view was done and a non displaced radial head fracture was revealed.
