Age: 40 years
Gender: Male

Comminuted, impacted and displaced fracture of the radial head.

Comminuted intraarticular fracture of the radial head is noted with impaction and tilting consistent with type III radial head fracture with disruption of the radiohumeral articulation.  No frank elbow joint dislocation. Mild joint effusion.
