Fracture of the entire radial neck, with the head, completely displaced from the shaft into the joint space.

Case Discussion

The Mason classification is used to classify radial head fractures and is useful when assessing further treatment options.

The recent case is classified as type IIIa of radial head fractures according to mason classification and require early complete excision of the radial head 1.
