Patient fell down yesterday and hit left elbow, local examination: left elbow swelling, tenderness lateral condyle region, no wounds, movements- restricted.

X-ray shows radial head fracture.
Anterior and posterior fat pad sign are noted (joint effusion).
Case Discussion
Anterior fat pad sign refer to joint effusion, sometimes it may be the only indirect sign of an invisible fracture of the elbow.
