Case Discussion

CT clearly shows radial head marginal undisplaced vertical fracture with intra-articular extension. Radial head fractures can be occult or hardly seen on plain radiographs. This is considered a type I fracture according to Mason classification of radial head fractures. Conservative treatment is recommended for this fracture type as there is no displaced fragment.
