Radial head fracture with an ulnar unicameral bone cyst

Presentation

Elbow trauma

Patient Data

Age: 20 years
Gender: Male

Non-displaced radial head fracture and moderate elbow joint hemarthrosis is present.

Unicameral bone cyst measuring about 10*25 mm is present at the ulna proximal diaphysis.

Case Discussion

Radial head fractures are, together with the radial neck fractures, relatively common injuries, especially in adults, although they can be occult on radiographs.
