Radial neck fracture

There is a non-displaced fracture of the radial head with a large hemarthrosis and capsular distension displacing the anterior (sail sign) and posterior fat pads.
Case Discussion
In a normal elbow the anterior fat pad is flat and the posterior fat pad is not visible.
