Case Discussion

Hyperintensity and mildly reduced bulk of supinator, brachioradialis, anconeus, extensor carpi radialis longus, extensor digitorum and radial fibers of brachialis muscles suggesting late subacute denervation.

Mild hyperintensity and thickening of radial nerve between brachialis and brachioradialis muscles above the level of elbow joint. Hyperintensity and thickening of deep branch of radial nerve is also seen between superficial and deep heads of supinator muscle possibly due to entrapment.
