Stromal distortion in the right central breast with a central lucency. No mass.

Ill-defined oval region with varying echogenicity with stromal distortion. 

Case Discussion

The typical appearance of a radial scar centrally in the right breast - the long slender runners and the relatively lucent center are a very good representative example.
